Hotspur FC 2026-27 Tryouts

Please note the following:
- Tryouts are for the Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 Season.
- All Hotspurs players must either: live in Ramsey; or attend a school in Ramsey; or attend Wandell Elementary School / Smith Middle School.
- USSF has dictated the change from birth year to seasonal year. The three sanctioning bodies for youth competitive soccer in the USA (USYS, US Club Soccer, and AYSO) and NJ (NJYS & NCSA) are united how the change will be implemented. Specifically, August 1 - July 31st will be the new seasonal year beginning in Fall 2026. Please review the following document to determine your player's AGE GROUP for the 2026-2027 season.
- All players will register for and must tryout in their PLAYER AGE GROUP. If you are a player currently “playing up” with an older birth year team, you are to tryout in your PLAYER AGE GROUP.
- Tryouts are not required for our U8 program for players born between 8/1/2018 - 7/31/2020.
- Once roster spots are announced, you will have one week to confirm your roster spot and interest in participating in the 2026-2027 season.
U8 2026-2027 Registration is Open

Open to all Boys & Girls born between (8/1/2018 - 7/31/2020)

Participate in 4 v 4 festivals on Saturday Mornings during the Fall and Spring in Mahwah

Fall & Spring Training - Two times a week, 1 hour each

Winter Training - 1 time a week, 1 hour (Jan.-March)

Each U8 Player will receive a jersey

Registration Fees - Fall/Winter/Spring - $650
